From Gentle, restorative, hatha, to vinyasa, Yin, Mat Pilates, and prenatal.

The studio is overlooking a lush forest and a beautiful stream that flows into the Tinton Falls waterfalls. We serve the local community in and surrounding  Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Shrewsbury, Red Bank, Colts Neck, Eatontown, Lincroft, West Long Branch, Little Silver, Oceanport, Rumson, & Fair Haven. 

In addition we offer classes in nature located at Long Branch at West End Beach Ave
when weather permits
