Sun Moon Flow

This yoga is our signature Hatha Flow. It blends the vigorous flowing sequences of the Vinyasa style, with individual attention to poses, alignment and mindfulness, to create an energizing combination that builds both strength and inner heat in the body as well as calmness and stillness in the mind. In combining both energies,In turn, with dedication and consistent practice, the student may eventually bring “balance” to his or her everyday life. Once balance is obtained, happiness and inner peace can flourish.The mind shall become calm. Classes end in either a silent or guided meditation to create a feeling of complete renewal
solve problems and recall information better.

Sun Moon Vinyasa Flow

This vinyasa is a powerful, energetic form of flow where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This class will build inner heat burning away toxins both mentally and physically. Not only is this class physical it will allow you to explore the practice on a deeper level, exploring the practice of pranayama (breathing techniques), dharana & dyhana (concentration & meditation) as well as asana (the physical practice).

Slow Flow Into Restorative yoga + Sound Healing

Join us for a blissful evening of deep meditative Slow Flow Yoga into restorative.
Emily will lead you through a slow flow of asanas held for a longer period of time, implementing Restorative Yoga postures.
Experience a night of powerful healing and deep relaxation with the combination of Slow Flow Yoga and restoration.
Restorative yoga helps to combat the physical and mental effects of everyday stress, and eases common ailments such as headaches, backaches, anxiety, and insomnia with the use of restful poses and deep breathing techniques.

Chakra Yoga Flow

Chakra yoga flow invites you to embrace the essence of each energy center with intentional movement, mindful awareness, and full-body connection. Tis flow helps to connect, cleanse and empower each chakra center to ultimately find a balance throughout the whole body. Unroll your mat for a total body yoga flow! Are you looking to deepen your chakra system exploration? This class is perfect for you. All levels welcome.

 

Sun Moon Align And Flow
This class is our signature Hatha Yoga Flow designed for All Levels. However, we have added an extra bonus to this beautiful practice; a strong emphasis is placed in learning and absorbing knowledge of safe alignment to prevent injury. Through a consistent practice, students develop and learn proper body mechanics. Self study of the self, mind and body will blossom.

 

Sunset Yoga Flow Studio

This class will encourage you to stop, take time for you, and transition into your evening with a sense of renewal.
Unwind with this all level yoga class. This class is suitable for participants of all experience levels, with detailed instruction and superb guidance. Put the stresses of your day behind you as you stretch, breathe and watch the sun set. 

Yin Yoga & Deep Stretch

Enjoy Yin Yoga and Deeply stretch the body, relax the mind, and release any worries. 

The practice of yin yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles which believe there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. By stretching and deepening into poses, we’re opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely. 
This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia..

Gentle Yoga

Gentle stretches and slow movements will be implemented. Yoga poses used along with props to help bring the body into alignment while in the different positions. One will be able to relax and heal allowing  parasympathetic nervous system to take over and true healing to take place on many levels. If you suffer from any of the ailments listed below this class may be for you. This class is perfect for new yoga practitioners or seasoned. 

 

Breathe & Flow

A series of synchronized postures moving from one to next linked by breath this class is designed to both strengthen and cleanse body/mind. Progressing gentle to dynamic movements cooling down with seated postures and breath practice before final relaxation
 
Studio Policy

We have a no cell phone policy in the yoga

studio practice area. Please set your phone to silence

when entering the studio and leave them in the front

area.

Please remove your shoes upon entering Sun Moon -

We love keeping the space clean and positive 

Storage and coat hooks are conveniently located in the

front of the studio. Your yoga teacher will lock the door

10 minutes after class starts.

Please sign up online to reserve your space 

If you are pregnant or injured please let the instructor should know before the class. 

Workshops are subject to cancelations for attendance purposes 

Refund policy: 

We do not accept refunds on any class passes, mentorships, trainings or workshops/events.  When signing up for a training we have a non refundable deposit.  All payments must be paid if registered.

If you sign up for a class and you do not show you will either lose a class or an additional $15 will be charge to your account.

New Students may use either a Groupon or our New Student special NOT BOTH

Groupon may only be used by new students and once time only.

Groupon Must sign as a member and email the Groupon number to use the passes.
