Guidelines 

 

We have a no cell phone policy in the yoga

studio practice area. Please set your phone to silence

when entering the studio and leave them in the front

area.

Please remove your shoes upon entering Sun Moon -

We love keeping the space clean and positive 

Storage and coat hooks are conveniently located in the

front of the studio. Your yoga teacher will lock the door

10 minutes after class starts.

Please sign up online to reserve your space 

If you are pregnant or injured please let the instructor should know before the class. 

Refund policy: 

We do not accept refunds on any class passes, mentorships, trainings or workshops. When signing up for a training we have a non refundable deposit.  If you sign up for a class and you do not show you will either lose a class or an additional $15 will be charge to your account.

Slow Flow Into Restorative yoga + Sound Healing

6 pm on Mondays
Slow flow of asanas held for a longer period of time, implementing Restorative Yoga postures.
Experience a night of powerful healing and deep relaxation with the combination of Slow Flow Yoga and restoration.
Restorative yoga helps to combat the physical and mental effects of everyday stress, and eases common ailments such as headaches, backaches, anxiety, and insomnia with the use of restful poses and deep breathing techniques.

Enjoy the healing vibrations of the crystals singing bowls to enhance your restorative yoga experience.
Quartz crystal singing bowls enhance meditation, intuition, relaxation and bodywork. They are powerful for music therapy, chakra system balancing, emotional release and clearing of people and places.

Sunset Flow 

6 pm on Thursdays

This class will encourage you to stop, take time for you, and transition into your evening with a sense of renewal.
Unwind with this low-intensity yoga class. Don’t worry if you’ve never tried yoga before: this easygoing class is suitable for participants of all experience levels, with detailed instruction and hands-on guidance provided if you want. Put the stresses of your day behind you as you stretch and watch the sun set. 

Chakra Yoga

9:30 am on Mondays

Embrace the essence of each energy center with intentional movement, mindful awareness, and full-body connection. Tis flow helps to connect, cleanse and empower each chakra center to ultimately find a balance throughout the whole body. Unroll your mat for a total body yoga flow! Are you looking to deepen your chakra system exploration? This class is perfect for you. All levels welcome.

 

Sun Moon Align And Flow

9:30 am on Tuesdays and 9:30 am on Thursdays
This class is our signature Hatha Yoga Flow designed for All Levels. However, we have added an extra bonus to this beautiful practice; a strong emphasis is placed in learning and absorbing knowledge of safe alignment to prevent injury. Through a consistent practice, students develop and learn proper body mechanics. Self study of the self, mind and body will blossom.

 

Sun Moon Flow

9:30 am on Wednesdays, 9:30 am on Fridays, 10 am on Saturdays, and 10 am on Sundays

This yoga is our signature Hatha Flow. It blends the vigorous flowing sequences of the Vinyasa style, with individual attention to poses, alignment and mindfulness, to create an energizing combination that builds both strength and inner heat in the body as well as calmness and stillness in the mind. In combining both energies, in turn, with dedication and consistent practice, the student may eventually bring “balance” to his or her everyday life. Once balance is obtained, happiness and inner peace can flourish.The mind shall become calm. Classes end in either a silent or guided meditation to create a feeling of complete renewal

Candlelight Yoga

6:30 pm on Wednesdays

A peaceful yoga flow to help you slow down and decompress from your day. A slower-paced yoga class with restorative postures and gentle movements. Props like yoga blankets, bolsters, bands, and blocks are used to assist in finding comfort during your practice. This practice will be done by candlelight and is suitable for all levels – especially beginners, yogis that need a little more relaxation and or anyone looking for muscle recovery.

Long Branch Beach Yoga at West End Ave

7 am Everyday! 6:30 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Join us for beach yoga! Let the sun shine.  Slow down, breathe, and let go of all that is no longer serving you. Enjoy the the sounds and relaxing ambiance of the ocean while enjoying yoga. The beach is beautiful place to practice yoga safely. We teach yoga on the beach with care and guidance to insure you are safe. This is an all level flow that is perfect for beginners to the advanced. 29 Ocean Avenue Monmouth Beach, NJ 07750
