Take a one week retreat to Costa Rica Nosara. January 26 to January 31st 2025 Get a complete mind, body & soul revival by balancing the Chakras. Chakras are believed to be energy centers in the body that are thought to be spinning wheels or disks of energy. They are thought to provide subtle energy that helps your organs, mind, and intellect work at their best level. What we offer- *Private spacious lofts. (two to a loft) can accompany 3 (LMK additional cost) *A pool side view from your own private balcony. *2 daily uniquely created yoga and meditation classes, all level hatha and *Restorative yoga designed to align any “imbalances” *Daily full breakfasts, including fresh native fruit juices, You will share a spacious pool facing loft. It is basically like having your own space just simply sharing the bathroom. Deepen your spiritual practice with chakra balancing Yoga classes held indoor/ outdoors in the most beautiful tropical location. Release stress and tension and move the emotions through Hatha/vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, Moon themed classes, and Meditations. Bask in the healing qualities of nature with hiking and forest bathing. We are so excited about this magical adventure. There will be morning meditations at the beach and excursions to exotic locations. Plenty of time for extra activities like swimming in the Pacific Ocean or pool, horseback riding, surfing, kayaking, sup, shopping, and exploring the fantastic local shops/ Cafes. Sun Moon Yoga & Healing will give you a blissful, yoga and wellness experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, nourished, and renewed. Highlights This retreat is for you! Do as much or as little as you like! Your price includes 6 days/5 nights accommodations, 2 daily yoga classes by Sun Moon and one early rise daily yoga. Sun Moon will also provide 2 Sunset Meditations on the Beach, 2 Mid-Morning poolside special healing classes and a daily full breakfast. To reserve your space, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required The deposit gets deducted from your total cost. Each deposit will be deducted accordingly until your price is paid in full by December 1, 2025. Please note that airfare and airport transfers are not included. Sun Moon Yoga and Healing will help you in finding air reservations and transfers to and from Liberia Airport
