Service Description
Join Lisa HS, MEd/Counseling, ERYT and Co-Owner of Sun Moon Yoga and Healing as she guides you thru a powerful and healing journey. Accompanying her will be Lisa Barbara Reiki master and angel connector. Love, Laugh, Learn and yes, even Cry among like minded, beautiful women. Each month, we will work on a special concept taken from Yoga Philosophy and learn how to apply each theme into our daily lives. Expect a structured, supportive, nurturing and non-judging environment that will create a positive impact on each participate, emotionally and mentally. The circle will begin by intention setting and practicing a guided meditation. From there, we do the “work” necessary to obtain a deeper connection to ourselves, the group and our community. Following the work there will be a reiki healing to help release and trauma and allow healing to blossom.
