Lisa is passionate about yoga and its many healing capabilities.
She holds an extensive background in psychology, yoga philosophy, including a Master's Degree in Counseling and is also a therapeutic Yoga teacher.
She is highly qualified to help each student reach their own personal mental, emotional, psychological and evolutionally goal. She takes great pleasure guiding students along their journey.
She is Reiki 1 and 2 certified White Light Reiki.
She has deep trainings in anatomy from ASFYT, NYC to help prevent injury in Yoga Asana, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety and Stress Management, Yoga for Special Needs and Disabilities, Deep Relaxation Techniques through PranaYoga and Breath-Body-MInd Teacher Training through Kripalu plus RYT 200 Yoga Works .
Lisa is continually studying and practicing various forms of meditation. Including but not limited to Yoga Nidra, Buddhism, Taoism and Mindfulness. She has been teaching several modalities of yoga and holistic health techniques for over 7 years.

With a background in art and music, Emily’s approach to teaching yoga is always creative and spiritually fulfilling.
A mother of two, Emily knows how important it is to relieve stress. She believes that yoga is not just for the body as a form of exercise but an aid in calming the mind.
Using the body and breath to bring stillness to the mind is the ultimate goal to achieving true joy.
Her goal is to share the positive effects yoga has had on her.
Yoga has taught her how to love herself. It has shed light into the deep healings that are attainable once the mind is still.
She takes great joy in sharing the knowledge that we are all one - we are all connected - we are all nature.
The focus on alignment is also weaved lovingly into her classes.
Emily’s training includes 200 hr RYT, Rasa restorative certified 1&2, intro to Ayurveda, and bridge to Lotus flow.
