From Roots to Radiance

A Transformative Yoga Retreat
at Lake Atitlán, Guatemala
January 25-30 2026
Step into a space where you are seen, held, and truly supported. Reconnect with your roots, feel the grounding embrace of Mother Earth beneath your feet, and be nurtured by a community of kindred spirits who share your desire for growth and healing. This retreat is a gentle invitation to release what no longer serves you—old habits, limiting beliefs, and stagnant energy—and open yourself fully to your natural radiance.
Through a heart-centered blend of ancient and modern practices, you will:
-
Balance your doshas and chakras, restoring harmony to body, mind, and spirit
-
Flow through sacred yoga and transformational pranayama, awakening vitality and clarity
-
Engage in workshops and rituals that guide you to shed the old and step into the new
Each day offers quiet moments to connect with yourself, joyful movement to celebrate your body, and intentional practices to align your energy. Surrounded by supportive souls and the healing energy of nature, you’ll find space to release, reflect, and rise.
By the end of this journey, you will carry a renewed sense of empowerment, clarity, and light—fully aligned with your truest, most radiant self.

Why Lake Atitlán?
Lake Atitlán, a volcanic lake in Guatemala, has been featured in The New York Times for its breathtaking scenery, unique villages, and rich cultural traditions. Often compared to Italy’s Lake Como, it is encircled by mountains and volcanoes and dotted with villages, each with its own character and charm. Known as one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, Lake Atitlán is a place where time slows, the heart opens, and nature itself becomes your teacher.
