Service Description

This 5 weeks series is designed for the student who is brand new to yoga, someone who has not practiced for quite a while or a mid to long time yogi who wants to learn proper and safe alignment. Each day will be a building block to advance from week to week. By the fifth week, each student will feel comfortable and confident to flow with ease in any of our beginner friendly classes. Thus, this workshop is created to engage in a beginner level group class with full knowledge of safe alignment in yoga poses, yoga breathing techniques and the general philosophy of this beautiful, ancient practice. This series is taught by an experienced and encouraging teacher, Lisa Horan-Sockol ERYT, 300 plus. She has taught dozens of beginners for over 9 years. She is kind, compassionate, has a great sense of humor and is extremely educated in injury prevention. The studio environment is clean, open, airy and accepting to anyone and everyone
