Things to Know

REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

Students are REQUIRED to sign up for class through the website or through the app prior to arriving at the studio. Please make sure you are signed in with your email and password to be able to access your classes or packages. 

Walk ins are welcome as long as you let us know you are coming. If you register for a class and then cannot make it, please cancel your reservation no later than 6 hours before class start time.
 
Any no shows or late cancellations after the 6 hour window will be charged for the class they are registered for. Unlimited members will be charged $10 for not showing. 

Groupons & New student specials are for NEW students only

STUDIO POLICY

We have a no cell phone policy in the yoga studio practice area. Please set your phone to silence when entering the studio and leave them in the front area.

Please remove your shoes upon entering Sun Moon -

We love keeping the space clean and positive 

Storage and coat hooks are conveniently located in theVfront of the studio. Your yoga teacher will lock the door 10 minutes after class starts.

If you are pregnant or injured please let the instructor should know before the class. 


Workshops are subject to cancelations for attendance purposes - If a workshop, series, or training is canceled you will be refunded or compensated

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on any class passes, mentorships, trainings or workshops/events.  When signing up for a training we have a non refundable deposit.  All payments must be paid if registered.

If you sign up for a class and you do not show you will either lose a class or an additional $15 will be charge to your account.

Sorry we cannot offer extensions on classes, packages, or workshops. 

New Students may use either a Groupon or our New Student special NOT BOTH

Groupon may only be used by new students and once time only.

Groupon Must sign as a member and email the Groupon number to use the passes.
