(two to a loft) can accompany 3 (LMK additional cost) *A pool side view from your own private balcony. *2 daily uniquely created yoga and meditation classes, all level hatha and *Restorative yoga designed to align any “imbalances” *Daily full breakfasts, including fresh native fruit juices, local coffee and an array of herbal teas. *Resort run activities which may include a sound healing journey, a private group dinner *Excursion to Nosara’s beautiful waterfalls *Beach yoga & Vinyasa style yoga classes which can be practiced injunction with classes by us. Outside activities are abundant!: Salt water pool for swimming and sunbathing A ten minute walk or a five minute Tuk Tuk ride to the beautiful beaches. Go for a gallop on the beach on a gentle horse. Glide thru the waves with an experienced and safely led instruction surf lesson Zip line thru the lush mountains of Costa Rica. Shop in the beautiful and fun boutiques Discover the local cuisine with a variety of delicious cafe and eateries Take a Jungle bath with a guide or follow the well mapped out paths and See the amazing wildlife of Central America, iguanas, howler monkey, exotic birds, tropical raccoons, etc. Float down the Nosara River on a Stand Up Paddle Board or your on a private Kayak View Colorful Sunsets on any given evening as the sun gets swallowed up by the glorious Pacific Ocean Celebrate the Latin NighLife! Meditate on the Starlit night skies Sleep peacefully in your air conditioned private space Included in this retreat is a Highly Spiritual Ceremony, a 1/2 day retreat high above located in the spacious, mountainous region of Nosara for an opportunity for a life provoking transformation. This ceremony is led by an experienced Shaman Brother Dane with an extensive linage from Columbian Medicine Healers. He will lead each participants to a deep, therapeutic journey. Local cacao is served with an optional micro dose of psilocybin to help enhance the genuine meditative mind. Energy Healer and Reiki Master Kelsey will provide Reiki , Breath-work , Sound-bath, and energy work. Expect ecstatic dance and pure bliss. Some activities are not included in the price
