KIDS YOGA CAMP INSPIRED BY SUSAN VERDE'S "I AM" SERIES! Join Jamie Grant B.S.Ed., RYT & certified breathwork coach as she guides your child on transformative journey through yoga, mindfulness, and self-discovery. Children will embark on an empowering adventure, guided by the wisdom found in Susan Verde's inspirational books. Each day, campers will explore a different theme from the "I Am" series, including concepts such as gratitude, kindness, courage, and compassion. Through a blend of yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation, and creative activities, children will learn to connect with their inner selves, cultivate resilience, and embrace their unique qualities.
