Service Description

This practice class is welcoming for all levels . Movements are cued by the breath; allowing you to execute the dynamic postures seamlessly. Enjoy an evening of pure bliss in a warm room with candlelight flickering in the background. What a beautiful way to end your evening. This class will take place in a WARM room where you can safely stretch with mindful awareness . Temperature is heated to about 80 degrees give or take
