Service Description

Enjoy Aprox 55 minuets of gentle yoga, beginner friendly followed by a 30 minuet guided yoga nidra meditation based off the teachings of Swami Satyananda Saraswati. Student will leave feeling rested, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Benefits of yoga nidra will carry off the mat as we calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and enter a state of deep relaxation. May 31st Friday 6:30-8 Julia has been teaching yoga since 2018 and is RYT 500 certified. Julia uses her training to incorporate a mind, body, and soul approach to wellness on and off the mat. She has a strong background in Vinyasa, Hatha,and meditation like yoga Nidra. Off the mat, Julia enjoys being active and spending time outdoors hiking or horseback riding. Her current yoga practice is centered around what feels good for her body and finding new and creative ways to keep moving
